  2. Aapko aisa lagtaa hain Ki 5 minute social media check kar leta hoon. Usase kya fark padtaa hain. Lekin Hakikat Ye hain ki ye 5 minutes Kab Paanch Ghante Mein Badal jaate hain aapko pata bhi nhi chaltaa.

Unn sabhi Application Ko Phone Setting mein jaaye > Manage Apps > usake baad notification ka option dikhega > abhi aap unn sabhi unimportant & Unnecessarily Apps ki notification band kar dijiye. Vishwas maniye ess ekmatra Trick se aapka 1 se 2 gante ka amoolya samay ki bachat hou jaayegi. Baar baar msg ki ghanti bajne se hum apne important kaam ko chhodkar faltu task ko complete karne lag jaate hain.

Har phone mein flight mode aata hain. Mera vyaktigat anubhav raha hain kee jab bhee me kuch important kaam kar rha hota hoon. Uss samay mein phone ko flight mode mein daal deta hoon. Jisase wo kaam me kuch hee minto mein khatm kar deta hoon. 

 

#5. Do Not Disturb Mode ka use Karke 

Do not disturb mode ko “DND’ mode bhi kahte hain. Esako on karne se aapke phone ke sabhi sound systems jaise; phone call, system sound, app msg sound sabkuchh silence hou jaate hain vah incoming calls bhi receive nahi hoti jisase aap bina distract huye apne kaam ko kar sakte hain.
